ASA Colorado has reintroduced their quarterly newsletter, ASA/Colorado News, with the Summer 1999 Edition mailed July 1, 1999. The newsletter will be published Summer 1999 (July 1999), Fall (October 1999), Winter (December 1999) and Spring (March 2000) and has a circulation of over 1200.

The ASA/Colorado News will feature ASA Member Services and Our Newest Members category. Other ongoing segments will be From The Board Room, providing information and items under consideration by the ASA Board of Directors affording the general membership an opportunity to offer feedback and input on a timely ongoing basis. A partner to this segment is the ASA Committees At Work. ASA Committees At Work provides the planning objectives, meeting dates/times and an explanation of the ASA Committees function and purpose. Readers will get early information on upcoming events and activities.

Information about upcoming events and items of interest to readers will be featured. The ASA Colorado Office encourages its members and friends to submit press releases that may be included in the quarterly publication.

There are numerous opportunities for advertising in the ASA/Colorado News. A feature of the publication is the Business Card Bulletin Board found on the inside back cover of the newsletter. The Business Card Bulletin Board highlights the organization and the individual whose business card is featured. Those advertising in this feature spot will provide ASA Colorado with business cards that are attached to the newsletter and easily removed and utilized by readers, as well as company and personal biographical information.
